Description & Application

DVA Liquid Waxer is an electrical device that provides a continuous supply of wax at a customer specified, controlled and consistent working temperature to maximize production.

The DVA Liquid Waxer totally eliminates the necessity of repeatedly re-heating the wax spatula or returning to the wax supply tin to gather additional wax. Wax at ideal, lower working temperature is constantly available for continued application. The result – “Increased production, “Big Time!”

The product consists of an electronic Base unit, which precisely controls the wax temperature and wax delivery speed, and a precision handpiece, which holds and delivers the wax to the work area at both the temperature and speed desired.

Each Base unit can regulate and control the use of two, separate hand pieces. Hence, two operators can work independently from only one Liquid Waxer unit.

The Liquid Waxer is a convenient device for use with all waxing procedures; however, it has been found to be extremely helpful whenever a significant amount of wax must be applied for gross coverage.

Pen contains a supply of wax. Wax is preheated in the applicator pen. Reduced wax shrinkage. Wax is preheated and applied at lower than normal temperatures. A continuous flow of wax is supplied to the tip and working surface with a light touch of the sensor. Can increase production in excessive of 50%.
