Payment Methods & Policies

We accept payments in our web-store in the form of credit card or C.O.D.

We accept valid Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Unless an account has been pre-approved, all customer orders are shipped C.O.D. or with a pre-paid credit card only.

We are not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

California residents will be charged State and Local Sales Tax in the amount that is commensurate with the county in which they do business.

Shipping & Handling Policy

We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays and do not ship on these days.

All orders made after 2 PM, Pacific Time will normally be shipped on the following business day.

Shipping charges will be added upon the completed preparation of your order and will be determined by weight and destination. If you have questions about the shipping charges that will be incurred from your order, please call our office at 1-800-228-6696 or 1-951-270-0606.

Once payment for your order has been verified, your order will begin processing. When placing an order, customers may be given an estimated arrival date depending on the chosen shipping method. There are no guarantees that your order will arrive within the given time frame mentioned. Expected arrival of shipment assumes that processing or shipping is not delayed. Reasons for delays include waiting for payment to clear or backorders.

Once processing is complete, we will ship your order based on your shipping selection. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day, it will be delivered the next business day.

To ensure proper delivery, we do require a signature. Therefore, please have the order shipped to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

If no one is available when delivery is attempted, the delivery service usually leaves a door tag notifying you of the delivery attempt. Simply follow the instructions on the door tag, and then the delivery service will leave the package at your door at the next delivery attempt.

We package our product with commercial grade shipping supplies and all packages leave our warehouse in excellent condition. If your package is damaged due to shipping damage or if items are missing, please let us know.

UPS Ground
Orders shipped via UPS Ground usually arrive in 5-7 business days from when your order was shipped. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day, it will be delivered the next business day. Expected arrival dates assume that your order is placed before 2 PM, Pacific Time.

We realize that sometimes our customers need supplies faster than is typical with standard shipping procedures. In those cases we offer a number of expedited shipping options. Once an order is placed and payment verified, your order will be rushed into the shipping process in order to ensure that your materials will arrive at your door as quickly as possible.

DHL Next Day
DHL Next Day orders are scheduled to arrive on the next business day from when your order was shipped. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day, it will normally be delivered the next business day. Expected arrival date assumes that your order is placed before 2 PM, Pacific Time.

DHL Second Day
DHL Second Day orders are scheduled to arrive within two business days from when your order was shipped. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will normally be delivered the next business day. Expected arrival date assumes that your order is placed before 2 PM, Pacific Time.

Golden State Overnight
If you live in the state of CA, NV or AZ, you can take advantage of Golden State Overnight. Orders shipped via Golden State Overnight will are scheduled to arrive on the next business day after your order was shipped. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will normally be delivered the next business day. Expected arrival date assumes that your order is placed before 2 PM, Pacific Time.

Saturday Delivery
For an extra fee, UPS offers Saturday Delivery. Orders must be placed before 2 PM on Friday in order to qualify for Saturday Delivery.

Hazardous Chemicals

The U.S. Government requires that we collect a $25 per box hazardous chemical fee when shipping a select number of DVA products by AIR. Depending on the size of the item, we can generally fit three products into one box. Hazardous chemicals can only be shipped via DHL Next Day or DHL Second Day. If you have questions about the Hazard Chemical Fee that will be incurred from your order, please call our office at 1-800-228-6696 or 1-951-270-0606. Hazardous chemical fees are not applicable for GROUND shipments.
