Oftentimes, a technician would have a need to invest more than one wax pattern at the same time, thereby taking advantage of efficient and economy of investment consumption.
To facilitate that need oftentimes requires one or more completed wax patterns to remain on the model and dies until all patterns are completed and ready for investing. The necessity to keep the patterns 'on hold' on the models exposes them to the environmental factors of changing temperatures caused by room heaters and/or air conditioning. Changing environmental temperatures changes wax dimensions.
To eliminate such variables, DVA's SUSPEND provides a safe, totally passive liquid medium into which the wax patterns are 'suspended' such that an unaltered and totally protective environment is assured.
It is important to note that SUSPEND also serves as to provide the wax patterns with a 'debubblizing bath' while simultaneously protecting them! Hence, a big time-saving bonus!
