We’re About Helping You Deliver Dental Lab Products to Make the Both Patient and You Happy

Whatever service you’re providing, the faster you can make the patient happy, the more viable your practice will be. Yes, of course there are other considerations, like the functionality of the restorations. And the patient’s health is the paramount concern. But when those points are covered well and you’re ready to place the restoration you’ve either prepared in your dental lab or had manufactured for you, the patient is still not going to be happy until the restoration looks perfect.

Even if it fits well and does its intended job, if it doesn’t look right, the patient is going to come back. Each repeat visit is going to slow up the patient volume through your office and down goes your profitability.

We recently talked about speeding things up chairside with our products, and in the past we’ve talked about speeding up the production line by sometimes eliminating steps or making processes faster. In this realm, appearance, we also excel.

Delivering Ni-Cr or Cr-Co Alloys, Porcelain and even Hard Gold Alloy

When you’re going to place a restoration like a hard gold alloy crown, you’ll find your polishing time cut much shorter than you might expect with our product called Brilliance. There are plenty of polishing pastes on the market but as usual, we’ve made this one different and better. It’s made of specially designed diamond particles in a very unique matrix. It’s formulated to make the most of the contact between the soft bristle brush you’ll be using and the restoration. It’s also formulated to minimize flyaway. That’s not necessarily a quality concern but if there’s less mess, your vision of the restoration is better and that should save you even more time.

Your polishing movements get the biggest result in the shortest time.

So how does this make the patient happy? You can produce beautifully polished restorations in no time. When the patient sees them in their perfectly finished state, there will be no concerns about appearance. You ensure that the fit and function are perfect and that patient is done.

And happy.

You can’t always measure the return on investment for every dental lab supply you have on hand, but in the case of Brilliance, you might. If you are able to polish each restoration for a shorter time, and you run ten cases a day through your lab, you save perhaps five hours of work each week. That’s up to 260 hours of personnel time per year. Times whatever you pay your skilled staff. This is definitely a product that is going to return far more, in financial terms, than it could ever cost.

So you become more profitable at each end – in the lab, with faster production and chairside, with instant patient happiness with brilliant appearance of restorations your providing.

Dental Labs and the Need for Dental Lab Supplies – Not Dying Out Any Time Soon

It’s easy to find people talking about the virtual death of the dental labs in this country. Many dental schools no longer include dental lab programs in their curricula. And many dentists are now outsourcing their dental lab work overseas. We talked about that in an earlier blog. There are some quality shops overseas, I’m sure, but there are more complaints, at least that’s what I saw in my research on the subject.

We Help With Dental Products When You’re Working Chairside, Too

Most of our products are meant for the lab, during manufacturing and finishing. But as any dental practice knows, there’s a certain amount of work that has to be done chairside. We have not overlooked this end of the production line. We have a whole range of products that help during those last few steps in the operatory.

Sure, you’re going to get the best fit possible in the manufacturing step, polish off any roughness and give an appliance or restoration a great shine. But in many cases, there’s a little bit of adjustment needed in the operatory. You need the dental lab supplies that work at this stage too, enabling you to re-smooth, re-polish a variety of materials. We’ve got what you need.

And just like with our other products that are used in the earlier steps of production, they save you time and steps which means everything goes faster. The patient is out the door sooner, with a great looking result.

Acryl-Marvel Adjustment Kit

When you have dentures that need refinishing, our Acryl-Marvel polishing compound can help. We provide this polish in small individual shapes that prevent any cross-contamination, once you have fit the denture to the patient. One small ingot per case. Minimal cost to you, no transference of contaminants.

You won’t have to pumice a piece that you are finishing and re-polishing. Acryl-Marvel will do the whole job. The final result will be so smooth and silky, it will resist the build-up of calculus.

Ceramo-Dotz

Here again, you avoid any cross-contamination by getting material in small dots. When the materials being used are lithium disilicate, lucite-based ceramics, zirconia or porcelains, this is what you want to use. It will do the same job as Acryl-Marvel, re-smoothing and re-polishing restorations in the operatory. You can get these in a jar of sixty individual ingots, one use per patient.

This product is often sent by a dental lab to an practice with the final ceramic restoration. We sell Ceramo-Dotz kits with just an individual ingot of material that a lab can send as a “thank you” gift to a practice that uses their services. It’s a nice touch.

First Step

This water-soluble gel adhesive comes in a handy syringe that enables you to put this adhesive right where you need it for a final try-in or adjustment procedure. Because it washes away, cleanup is simple and fast. And we made it colorless so you can get the true effect of laminate restoration and determine that the coloring is correct.

We provide this product in two syringes that each hold ten grams. This will get you through hundreds of restorations before you need to restock.

If there were enough of me, I could show you firsthand how much time our products can save you. As it is, I have to invite you to watch the video demonstrations we’ve got on our website. You’ll know immediately how much time we can save you and my work will then be done. Best wishes for your success.

The Problems with Sticky Wax
